T6 Navigation, phone, music and stuff. Import contacts?

Okay, it all seems to work well and I'm sure it does a whole load more but...
- I can connect my iPhone by USB or by Bluetooth. That's good. Phone and music streaming work well. So, how can I import my contacts from my phone and use them to set up navigation destinations?

Sometimes it shows imported contacts, but not all of them.
Sometimes it says I haven't got any imported contacts.
Never does it let me navigate to a contact's address without having to re-enter the address or postcode.

I'm clearly doing something wrong here. Any ideas?
