Hello T7 owners, I hope you are having a great start to the new year. What do you think about a shelf / compartment divider for the fridge? We have made a prototype and many of you will have seen that we are trade partners on this forum, and have a shop (www.yescampervan.co.uk) making accessories for the earlier versions of the California Ocean and Grand Cali. So far we only make a chopping board for the T7, (sorry we have been a bit slow on the T7 uptake) but more items will follow soon. We already make a fridge divider for the Grand Cali which has a similar drawer style fridge and we think the T7 fridge needs something to help keep items in place. E.g. you are just going out for a day trip and only want to take the milk with you, so a vertical divider to hold the milk upright at the front of the fridge is needed. Or on a longer trip you could have a horizontal shelf at half height to hold small items like cheese and have meat or heavier items at the bottom of the fridge drawer. The photo below should give the idea, your thoughts and input are always appreciated!IMG_0118.JPEG

This would be a great addition. I think a vertical divider for the larger compartment in the fridge would also work so that taller milk or bottles could be carried without them falling over. The smaller compartment in the fridge is already good for storing a 1L carton of milk without it falling. It is not deep enough for larger bottles or cartons.

This is what we would prefer and I am sure others have different priorities. That is why a mix and match approach to the shelves/dividers would be good.

Thanks very much for the input, yes it is intended to be as modular/ flexible as possible so you can slide it in which ever way you need. The large shelf shown in the picture can be rotated and put in vertically, however I think a horizontal shelf needs a lip on the front edge which would be in the way when it was used vertically so that would require a separate piece for vertical and horizontal, unless we do away with the lip on the shelf?
