T7 Headlights Abroad

I have a T7 Beach and live in the UK.

I understand that the T6 had a Travel Mode option to set the headlights for LH or RH driving. I understand the T6.1 didn’t have this option as the headlights were very nearly flat so wasn’t necessary.

I see what I assume is the same Travel Mode option back in the T7 (for a Beach at least - I’m guessing this doesn’t exist for the Ocean with Matrix headlights).

Silly question perhaps, but is it really as simple as switching this option over when landing abroad for the lights to work ‘correctly’? I’m coming from a place where I remember my parents putting stickers on the headlights to drive abroad so it all seems too simple!

If you have Travel Mode then Yes, its as simple as that.
It adjusts Lights and things like the Driver Assist functions for driving on the R. Also you can adjust the speedo etc by selecting Km instead of miles etc on the Infotainment system.

Vehicles with the Matrix LED Headlights have the same function of Travel Mode.
