Hi we have a T6 Beach and are thinking about buying T7 Ocean. We currently use 2 Sea to Summit self Inflating Mattresses on the roof bed.
Does anyone know if the new T7 bed is more comfortable? Also I know it is slightly narrower but has anyone managed to fit 2 single Sea to Summit mattresses in the new T7? Comfort wise, they really work for us, having tried other set ups before. Thanks

The T6 I think uses wooden slats as its base, whereas the T6.1 and T7 use individual sprung square pads which are supposed to be more comfortable, I’ve only had a T6.1 & 7 so can’t personally compare to a T6 though.

Hi,

We are using the S2S self inflatable mattress in the top bed of our T7 and it works perfectly.

I use a pump to deflate it a bit before closing the top.

Thanks is that the double mattress? We usually use 2 singles due to our weight differences

Thank you. The dealer let us try them yesterday and they fit - just! The roof bed in the T7 seems to be a bit narrower in the middle and footwell than the T6 but think they’ll be ok. The bed is longer than T6.

Do you use it ro replace the supplied mattress or in addition? And is it easy to deflate/ how long to reflate?

Yes, I use it instead of the original mattress.

Takes 30 seconds to in- and deflate with a small electrical pump.
