Tap not working

Does the tap run off the leisure batteries?
I drained the water today but couldn't get the tap to work. No noise at all when I tried it?
Any thoughts?

Sometimes it happens that the wiring on the pump is disconnected....or the tap in general is not ok and gives no signal to the pump.

This happened to me last year and it turned out to be a faulty pump in the base of the cupboard. Had to get it replaced.

Faulty pump for me too on 2009. Not expensive but wires need cutting & re crimping. Straight forward
