Testing confusion

COVID not polarity or MOT.

So we have bought some Day 2 kits online for use post 20/09 when we return.

The email accompanying said kits is telling me to register them as soon as they arrive.

I’m reluctant to do this as it may expect a completed test to be sent back immediately?

I can’t find any references to the date I registered for return.

I have the order number for the paperwork to re-enter the UK.

Am I ok to leave it until day 2 after we return?
