Hi all new to the forum and Cali life having recently bought a 2010 van the rotary button/knob feels a little notchy is that the norm or is it need of a replacement /repair?

Repair/Replacement. Forum shop sell the VW kit or equivalent and a How To is available to download from the Resources section for VIP members..

Yep I’m afraid it will probably need replacing soon. You can buy a kit with a new facia and knob from the California shop or eBay for around £45. The knob is really the only bit you need but if your facia panel is worn or marked then replace it ...There are a few videos on YouTube how to fit the parts, it took me around an hour from start to finish. It really is not that difficult...
