The happy resolution of our problems with the Vango Magra awning

Last September/October we had problems with the Vango Magra awning which are detailed elsewhere. The awning which we had purchased from CampervanBits needed to be returned to Vango for assessment and repair. Today we have received the awning back, having been repaired, and at no cost to ourselves.
We would like to thank Shane and all the team at CampervanBits who not only organised the collection of the awning and delivery to Vango, but kept us regularly informed as to the progress of the repair. We were also offered the loan of a Vango Magra awning belonging to Shane if we needed it. Due to the Covid restrictions we declined his kind offer.
Shane phoned yesterday and informed us that the cost of the repair would be absorbed by CampervanBits and that the awning would be returned to us today.

You are probably correct in your assumption, and we would like to thank you and the many other members who gave us advice that we, in general followed, and which has brought this matter to a conclusion which we are happy with.
