Does this come with a Thule 3057 fixing Kit?

Yes, it does include the 3057 fixing kit. What you see in the photo are the four units assembled (751 + 3057) and ready to slide into the attachment points on the Cali roof. I'd completely forgotten that there were two parts - it's all here!
