Thule Awning issue

During the final week of our three week trip we had an issue with one the side arms of our awning as it had come out of the channel and was just hanging. It was a fairly simple job to get back into the channel but that was when we noticed the retaining plate, nut and screw were missing. We have no idea were the missing items are; they probably just worked themselves loose over the years. Sadly, we did not notice until they had fallen out.
Does anyone know if Thule can provide a replacement or will I have to just find something that will fit.

The Forum Shop sells spare parts, But it appears that bit is not sold separately but as part of a replacement arm.

But it may be worth giving them a call.

An arm is about £250 so you’d be better getting a local metal fab shop to make you one using the other as a pattern. It can’t be difficult. See if Rose or Hillview awnings can help you first. The Cali awning is a Thule 5102 awning.

O'leary's. info@olearymotorhomes.co.uk are a good source of second hand parts - they are showing omnistore legs at £69.
A call / email to them may well find just the fixing wedge that you need available separately.
