Thule awning parts/repair

Unfortunately I reversed into an overhanging obstruction and damaged the rear end cap of my awning. Although the awning still works I need to replace the end cap and the internal plastic parts which are cracked.
Can anyone direct me to a dealer who could carry out these repairs or provide me with the parts, hopefully near my home at Twickenham.
I’d say it was an easy fix but looking at metalwork around the handle housing which is in two parts I can’t see how it’s fixed unless they have been sealed against water ingress. Has anyone come across an exploded view of this Thule awing on a 2015 California - or even a parts list.
Thanks in advance - I have emailed Thule but owner experience would be useful - and of course I could still go through my dealer depending on what response I get.

Thanks John for response - yes it is useful and it gives me an idea of what I need ie the end cap gear mechanism - I’m awaiting a response from Thule

Issue resolved - great service from the shop - Everything VW California (which is more than I can say about Thule who after about a week replied that it was a VW special without even bothering to refer to their own catalogue - kindly referred to by ‘Johntowers46’ above which pointed me in the right direction).
I didn’t want to take off the broken part until I saw the replacement to understand the construction but as it turned out it was a simple job - photos included if anyone is interested.
