If your the display on your control unit becomes hard to read I can highly recommend the repair service offered by Ed Simmons at Electronic Equipment Repairs in Folkestone (with a discount for forum VIP members). Very quick and efficient. We arranged to have the repair done yesterday on our way back from France as he is close to the channel tunnel and was prepared to remove the panel, fix and replace it while we waited. It took less than two hours, just time to take the dog down to the beach for a run before heading home to Wales, and cost less than £200 (a fraction of the cost of a new unit). You can also remove and post your unit to him for repair. Great service, found through this forum!
