Towbar load carrier

Saw this great tow bar load carrier on my travels this summer:

It was on a van and tilts enough for the rear door to open. It also fits nicely under the VW rear bike rack. Seems like quite a good solution. The roof box we use is a right pain to access.

Only problem is, I can't seem to find it in the UK!

Thanks. I'll give them a try but it looks like they would be coming from Germany so I suspect the postage costs of something as large as this would be prohibitively high on a one-off basis.
