Is It OK to tow a 4Motion (with DSG) only in the front wheels? Or is it no go and why?

Never tow as there are no oil pumps running.
The front tow at the top shows the wheels on dollies, no wheels are turning.

Sorry. The pics are just for illustration to point out what I meant, was not sure it was clear. (They are from a Mazda manual) :)

My T6.1. manual says towing a 4motion - with or without DSG can be towed with lifted front wheels only (ideally on dollies or full lift). But does this apply on a T5? T6?

Yes, it would apply as running gear is the same.
