Urgent electric/solar advice please

I have solar on the roof, Victron mppt, Dometic CFX40 40 at 6° (hard wired to mppt) and Dometic CF 11 at -18° (12V socket) on a new 110ah battery. It’s all tested before and run fine but I now have a problem.

CF11 coming up to -1 with no explanation. Red error was flashing until I unplugged and set up again.

ok it’s HOT here in the Black Forest but there’s plenty of power and Victron shows generation.

Please please please has anyone any advice? Thank you

Is your CF11 on level ground?

Have you got the operating manual? See attached if not.

See page 8, "Danger of overheating".

See page 19. Note... It may struggle in temperatures above 32'C

Thank you very much - yep tried everything. I can only assume the ambient temperature is to high for recirculation?
