I purchased a preloaded vango Magra from a member on and today was the first chance I had to put it out ho ever I have these bits left over an anyone advised what they are for

Storm tie down straps?

How are these used - is there a decent manual for these awnings, we got it up ok but not sure we have the pegging correct around where I connects to the van

You will find some female clip mountings on the front / rear of the tent, just clip the male clip end of the straps into these, and then peg down into the grass.

Sometimes it easier to use these when putting the tent up single handed, then peg the nylon rope ones that down after, then finally readjust the tension on the storm straps
