The kind of view i like to wake up to

I was woken by the sound of fishing boats just along the beach being dragged down to set sail at sunrise. Fantastic!

Currently on a CL near Bideford with three other neighbours..... feeling like Wilhelmina "no mates".....

If i came up that spot i would probally also take a spot on the far end ....
If the place in empty it would be stupid pitching up next to eachother....

Did that on a walking holiday in Pyrenees. I was on one side of the camp and everyone else was on the other. Brilliant, well until about midnight when those lovely cattle with big bells round their necks joined me in my tent or at least that's how it sounded.

Ooh you must check out Swiss Miniatur on lake Maggiore... I am desperate to go there. It's at Melide half way down, western side just over the bridge.

Just back from a nice break in the New Forest at Gorse Farm campsite. We met up with Borris & Mrs Borris. Lovely quiet site, 1½ miles to a pub with good meals. Woken by the sound of Donkeys this morning.

Ready for the evening meal.

Yes. Just parked up at the first likely looking spot on the moor. Fantastic!

On the way home after spending a great couple of days in the New Forest in the very pleasant company of Mr and Mrs SimonB. Lovely scenery along with much feasting, and merriment. Wall to wall ponies, donks and other assorted beasties roaming every where.
This was the view from our van overlooking the Solent at Lepe beach whilst we were dawdling home. Perfect.
