What’s the site like ? Often wondered as it’s close to some nice NT properties etc.

It’s a nice well maintained Caravan & Motorhome site. Some of the pitches are quite close to the road so can be quite noisy. So I’ll always try to get a pitch as far away from road as possible.
There is also another lovely campsite nearby called Swiss Farm. (I personally prefer this one).

That looks like a COLD morning !

We did a camping tour of The Netherlands when our kids were young (now parents themselves! ). I’ve now got the itch to repeat the tour, this time with our Cali, as opposed to a very bulky and heavy frame tent (we’re talking 1990’s hi- tech camping gear ). We still remember our 1997 tour, the loooonnngg bridges, how good the sites were, and how helpful our fellow campers were.

It’s got to happen !
