VW California owners in cornwall - recommendation please

Can any Cali owner in the Cornwall (or Devon) area recommend a business that could help us with a faulty leisure battery issue. Our hook up doesn’t seem to be charging our leisure batteries. The fridge runs for three days and then we need to run the engine to get fridge back in again. Thanks for any recommendations

1. When on Hookup, do you have power to the Mains socket on the end of the kitchen unit?
2. When on Hookup do you have the Plug icon on the Control Panel screen, L lower corner.

If 1 is Yes and 2 No then check the Mains lead to the built in Battery Charger. It looks like a kettle plug, it can vibrate loose. Depending how old your vehicle is the Battery Charger is either below the fridge, accessed via L lower kitchen cupboard, or above rear Leisure battery, accessed via opening via the boot, L lower wardrobe.

If 1 is No and 2 is No then check the lead connected to EHU and that the circuit breaker in rear wardrobe is On.

Do you have Mains supply to Kitchen socket when on Hookup?
