Hi All,
I just wanted to give a shout out to SatNav Systems based in Surbiton. They are VAG group technology specialist - basically they can retrofit or repair the tech options on your vehicle.

I had the ubiquitous RNS510 frozen screen issue plus my USB sockets weren’t connecting. So on the recommendation of this group I contacted SatNav Systems.
Communication was quick, solutions offered. I took the van in to them where Hamid (ever cheerful and friendly) diagnosed both problems within 10 minutes. I left the van with them for about 2 hours and when I returned everything was working and the software and maps had been updated.
Cost was far less than any other solution available to me.
I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting something retrofitting or repairing.
