Water draining from under the van

Prepping for my next trip, filled up water, now it’s pouring out the bottom of the van, roughly under the shower (not the grey waste pipe). The weather hasn’t triggered the truma, button still in etc. Tested the pressure on the taps, all fine until the bathroom where the shower head was blocked, now cleared that…..ani ideas? Thanks v v much

Other valves to check are the ones under the flap in the utility cupboard as well as the same type of multi-turn twist valves beside the Truma under the bench seat.

Thanks Gordon, I have checked the valves in the electrical cupboard but didn’t know about the truma valves, which way should they be (tightened or open)
