Water Pump not working

Hi our electric pump for the water has stopped working, so we have no water coming out from either tap. We have checked the fuse. Any suggestions?

Have you tried the rear external shower switch?
If it works the pump we have eliminated the pump and it could point towards the pump control circuit/software.
Could try rear main red switch for a reboot.

for me it was the sink faucet ... if you press the toilet button does it work?
I had to change the sink faucet 3 times ...
