Water tank with air pressure

I have tried many things for water supply. I have now reverted ro just two 5L plastic tanks. However, I still have thoughts about getting water flowing from a tank in a hose.
I saw this video, any idea how to do it? I guess there is an air baloon inside?

Air pressure, main tank/shower by an air compressor and he uses a simple tyre valve fitted to the can lid and a bike hand pump to pressurise it.
Low tech wins out.

Possibly use this type on can cap

If you use a diaphragm pump like a sureflow, they are self-priming.
In our previous Landcruiser overlander, we used to use water jerry cans with a hose through the cap.
