Weight of 5th seat

Hi,
I’m trying to estimate the shipping costs for a 5th seat, but need to know it’s folded dimensions and weight. Is there someone who can let me know these figures?

folded dimensions and weight

55cm high, 60cm across the arm rests and about 65cm to the top of the seatbelt trim (~73 to the top of the headrest. Just a shade under 40kgs on my luggage scale. Mine are leather but I can't imagine a huge difference.
