Yellow Beach in Drongen

I saw a yellow Beach on the parking lot in Drongen direction Brussels (on the E40 in Belgium).
It was a German Beach with plate number XX*XX 11 (XX I don't remember anymore).
It was about 11 o'clock in the morning of 23/06/2019.
