Can't see VW offering anything as on this occasion it isn't their fault - it's hard enough when it is their fault!Maybe ask VW for some goodwill?
Seriously, bad luck on this - ask an indie VW specialist for a quote as well as main stealer. And shop around for the parts.
Had zunsports grille upper and lower fitted to my van for this very reasonSounds , looks expensive, I added a lower grill mesh from Zunsports to our T5 but they have not made one for the T6 yet
what happens when I assume a stone jumps at your front intent on damage? If it's a small stone it does this
Which means coolant everywhere and AA trip home. Any ideas on costs and labour for a new radiator?

Login to GSF with your reg number, (apply weekend discount code) order their premium priced (best quality) replacement radiator and a gallon of Prestone antifreeze concentrate, (Prestone is a little cheaper from Costco) .. get an independent garage you trust to fit it and replace coolant with 50% Prestone. Lookout for a radiator stone guard as previously mentioned. Good luck with your fix.

Looks repairable to me by specialist . Have had landrover radiator repaired when stone pierced it . Loud bang and coolant over windscreen . Excellent repair . Like new .
Don't think I would fancy that in a vehicle fitted with AirCon, especially if you have the Climatronic variety. Think I would prefer the Screw + Sealant.or drop an egg in it. another old trick
Anyone know if they are planning a T6 version soon? Looks really smart. We ordered one a few weeks ago, good value with the 25% VIP discount
