Hi all anyone had a problem whereby the plastic trim strip that forms the ledge that the table sits on has broken off?
I slid the door the other day and ‘something didn’t sound right’, looked down and the trim strip (about 15mm wide and the length of the table recess) was hanging down

looked like the various lugs and clips holding it on had broken

anyone any clue on best way to fix? I was reaching for the Araldite

There is no replacement part for that section, so self repair is the way forward, or replacing the whole panel.

I would check the bodywork , the faulty table could have scratched it while opening the sliding door.

Thanks Hotel Cali, thankfully the table managed to stay in place so no damage
