Has the control module gone kaput?

I'd spend a little extra and get the full standard 5 year warranty. Even though EF do their utmost to make a warranty claim a total PITA and time suck. I like their products, hate their CS.

i have a delta max and also the additional delta max battery, this was a recon from EcoFlow, granted I have only used it around 10 times since purchasing, but had no issues whatsoever. If it’s a returned item, I doubt it took 2yrs to fry the last time, but I guess you take your chances. My extra battery didn’t even look like it’d been used, all cables were packed as new, all wrapping the same etc. But as said, you take your chances, for saving 400/500 squid.

Probably just a customer return. Ordered, delivered, customer changed their mind & returned next day - checked over - and put for sale as refurbished as can’t be sold as new.

I like the fact that they stack on top of each other and also as they are connected to each other, you have 4000w (depending on what Delta max you have) that decreases vs 2 separate batteries. I also have the EcoFlow 400w solar panel, so when connected they charge as one. I also got a good deal when buying them.
