P048c error code

The above code has just come up on my 2024 150ps. Vixa has reported the error code. Something to do with exhaust pressure I think. Is it OK to drive until I get to the workshop midweek?

No symptoms. Seems to be running fine.

You can get spurious Diagnostic codes . I fact you would probably find such codes frequently if you do scans . Many disappear.
Personally if you have no driving symptoms or dashboard warnings I would just delete the code and see if it reappears.

Update for completeness.
Dash light eventually went out. Checked with Carista and code was still there. I cleared it, Since then I've done over 200 miles of mixed driving. Nothing.
