T6.1 leisure battery flat.

Hi all just after some advice on our 12mth old T6.1 California leisure battery, Due to a small illness we haven't used our van for a couple of weeks and today gone in the van to the sound of an alarm warning saying leisure battery flat charge up immediately and a Red triangle warning sign displayed over the top of the battery life display.

I immediately plugged my cable in and started to charge it from my home but am concerned if they will be any long term damage ?

Any advice for future battery life would be gratefully appreciated,

Two weeks should have negligible impact on your leisure batteries. Did you leave some power draw on, fridge, etc?

Which vehicle do you actually have.

No!! that's what I thought might have caused the complete drain but only the alarm was on.

I wouldn’t panic.

I left it on charge for 16hrs, it's fully charged now and the red warning triangle sign has gone out thankfully, I will keep a close eye on it from now on and keep it topped up, I was just concerned if it would cause any long term damage hopefully not.
