We’re on the east coast of Scotland (Dundee) and it’s blawin’ a hoolie(?) here…so it’s not just west coast.

What is it about ‘Big Tents’… as soon as we see one we know there will be at least 4 screaming ‘‘weans’ ( kids to Southerners) …. at least our dog is on a lead or tethered at the van …. lol

You really should learn to read properly and take note of what people say/write.
It must he very difficult not understanding what people say and constantly 2nd guessing them.
You must be a real ball of fun on any campsite prepared to give you a pitch.
