Hello All,

Since we bought the Cali 6.1 in the summer, several of the DAB radio logos (such as LBC) have not shown in the list although a few others do - the stations are received though. Does anyone know to obtain the missing logos as it's a bit annoying. I thought it was a station issue but I just bought a 74 plate Audi Q4 and all the radio station logos do show. As Audi and VW are essentially the same organistion, I would expect all the logos to show on the Cali (especially as it's twice the price of the Audi!).

As an aside the DAB radio seems to have poor sensitivity. Virgin Radio drops out along the M27 in lots of places. Have anyone else seen this? Breeze say they dont think it's an issue but my old VW Touareg 15 plate and Audi Q4 offer much better DAB reception.

Thanks a lot for your help and thoughts. :)

Try a search on here for an update.
Never had logos or been bothered with mine. DAB signal always been great though.

You could try doing a full reset of the radio, which will also force a rescan of the DAB stations. Hold the power button (left hand rotary control) down for 20 seconds. It will remove any favourites etc., but this is easy to set up again.

Will be interested if you solve this as its the same on my van and the same on my Golf too....

Are your issues being caused by the change from DAB to DAB+? A quick google came up with this:-

DAB radio stations are changing due to the shift to DAB+, an upgraded digital radio standard that offers better efficiency and sound quality. This has led to commercial stations moving to DAB+ only, and new services launching on the platform, while some older DAB-only radios may not be able to receive stations that have switched to DAB+. To find new stations, you may need to perform a retune on your radio, or for older radios that are not DAB+ compatible, you may need to get a new one.

Don't think so as no issues with accessing its only the logos for me and has been the same on the Golf since 2018...

That explains why my cheap home DAB radio has stopped working. I don’t think I’ll bother replacing it as I only really listen to BBC Radio and can stream them from the App on my phone to my Bluetooth speaker.

Thank you for your comments. I tried a reset (holding down the LHS volume button for 20 seconds) and it makes no difference. My favourite stations were not reset/deleted either. I will try the reset again as I would expect a reset of the favourites.
