12v power sockets don't work!

I have a 2011 Cali which I have just purchased. I found that the power socket on the end of the kitchen unit did not seem to work but the one by the bench seat and ash tray did. I notice today that the ash tray and bench seat ones now don't work but the one in the boot does! Any suggestions?

I had this when I blew a fuse with a 12v portable fan. The fuses are under the passenger's seat, 15A.
