Following a short circuit in one of the sockets, I no longer have 12 V on all the sockets of the dashboard
As VW does not provide any diagram of the locations and positions of the fuse boxes (Identification, Amperage) it is difficult to find the fuse to replace!
I know there are several fuse boxes:
- In the engine compartment
- Under the dashboard on the left (for right hand driving)
- Under the driver’s seat
Would anyone have the electrcal schematic and fuse identification list (for a Crafter 2021)?
Thanks

Finally, I found the faulty fuse (with confirmation from a technician at VW)
Procedures:
1 - Open fuse box under left seat
2 - There are on the right of the box, a row of fuses
3 - The fuse that concerns the power supply to the 12V sockets of the dashboard is the 5th from the bottom (See attached photos)
It’s a 20A fuse
Have a nice trip!
