Hi All
I finally took the plunge and had the camper remapped. I have found as the conversion is heavy my camper tends to struggle and die down on hill climbs. I drive quite steady tending not to rev it too hard as it seem better to let it accelerate in its own time.(also better for looking at the views) I can report to anyone that has not yet had it done that it really does make a difference. It builds up to a lovely surge of power making the 2,500 3,000 rpm band great for holding cruising speed up hills. This was the aim for me to make the camper easier to drive I kept the rest of the engine standard and hope to test the mpg over the next couple of tank fulls.

I am now looking forward to (not dreading)testing it on Porlock hill in Somerset in the summer!!!!! :D

I have had a 137 bhp remap by more-bhp in Crewe about 4 years ago. Very happy with the result as it is more powerful, more torque and gives better economy. 38-40 mpg is usual.
