2nd Yeat Road Tax on new T6.1

Can anyone confirm what the second year road tax on a new T6.1 will be if it is registered as a camper van/motor home?

Appreciate it has probably been discussed many times but that means I can’t find a clear answer via search, so anyone that has recent experience please confirm?

Hi. Just renewed the road tax (second year) for our 2021 T6.1 Coast at £295. Hope that helps.

I believe it was April 2020 when the tax rates changed. Prior to that VW Californias were registered as M1 Diesel Cars and taxed on Emissions + Luxury car tax for 5 yrs, about £500/Yr for 5 yrs before dropping to about £160/Yr.
Since then Californias are registered as N1 Private Light Goods and an annual rate from 2nd Yr of about £290.

So it all depends when the vehicle is first registered.
