2wd to 4 motion on t6.1 ?

It would be cheaper to trade in for a 4 motion and a lot less hassle, and the resale value would be significantly less.
BCM, DSG, drive shaft, Haldex, rear axle and diff and probably ABS controller + programming of software.

not where I live (jersey), there's no cali 4motions available as hardly any here and our ridiculous import duties would be roughly 16k but 2wd ones do come up for grabs .

You might get more info on the T6 Forum they are into retrofits in a big way, but a quick search there doesn't show anything.

All my work VW’s have been 2WD my Cali is 4 motion and it’s brilliant go almost anywhere without wheel spin. The vans were always front wheels no grip especially if I had the trailer on.
