5mm replacement strip for Comfort Awning Room

It would seem that the part of the Comfort Awning Room panel that slides into the front of the awning has become damaged and I need to replace the bead or cord, not sure how best to refer to it as!

I'm also not 100% sure on the size, think it's 5mm? Is there somewhere where I can get a replacement? Think I need to thread a new piece in and sew it into place.

Any tips, suggestions welcome.

if its to slide into the comfortz room front panel just use 6mm bungie cord. cheap as chips on amazon/ebay
