A different way to find places...

Not sure if you've seen this on the news, but this could be good for campsite / off grid locations where normal postcodes prove a bit clunky. It's called what3words, and I've given it a go over the last day or so (no associated with it in anyway, just love the concept).

The idea is that the world is divided into 3m x 3m grids, then referenced by a set of three unique words. You type these three words into the app, and hey-presto, you have the location on your phone. This may be useful where postcodes take you to the wrong location, or you want to share a great location off grid that doesn't have a postcode.

There is an app, and from that app you can go to Google maps for car navigation. I'd say it works best where postcodes don't....clever stuff...

My mate's mad on this, he moved about our house the other day telling me what three words we were in per room.
Its quite a lot when you live in a mansion

Clever, although very English Language centric
