Having researched the market at this time last year I opted for insurance from Ripe Insurance, a company that I had never heard of, but which appeared to cover everything that I needed and offered the most competitive quote. Insurance was required for UK only, with breakdown and recovery. I have had an accident free year, but during the year, I acheived the 80 years milestone, which is a flag to some insurers, so I have been pleasantly surprised to receive my renewal notice for the same cover as last year, but 13% cheaper.
