Accessing Your Speedo's

I'm hoping that someone on here can give a little guidance to me....I've just brought in a left hooker from Germany and was quite suuprised to find that the speedo is only in Km/h (all my other vehicles have Mph as the dominant reading and Kmh as the secondary - less bold - option).

It seems as if I could potentially get away with putting some dodgy looking transfers onto the clear screen which covers the speedo (and other instruments), but I think that will look a bit crap.

My considered solution is to buy a professional replacement speedo insert from a company like Lockwood

To fit this I would need to access the speedo - any clues how to do this?

Or does anyone have a better solution?
