Really good scheme from a company that’s obviously looking to retain customers in the future.

Yeah It’s a nice gesture/PR exercise but they’ve made a lot of money out of the crisis (People still paying full premiums and less accidents due to less cars on the roads). Probably would have been better PR to gift the £120m to charity/NHS? In terms of customer retention I always find them to be more expensive at renewal and have never made a claim - anyone else noticed this? Ultimately most people go with whoever is the cheapest.
