Any ideas what this thumb screw is ?

Guys,

Found this thumb screw rolling around in the rear of my 6.1 Ocean. I had been moving the seats forward and back a few times. Any idea what it is or where it’s come away from ?

Looks like one of the screws that hold the tool kit to the back of the rear seat base.

Looks like one of the 2 screws that holds the compartment onto the back of the seat. Where your jack / tow hitch is stored.

We had the same when we got home after picking the van up from the dealer. A little concerning (and rattly) until we worked out where it was supposed to go.

For 11 quid I’d say whatever time your about to use on sourcing elsewhere is worth more and better spent on something else, buying the part and moving on…
