Hi guys,
Hoping to visit Sweden this summer. It will be our 4th or 5th time in Sweden. We have 2 young kids and we like nature and peacefulness. Calm and green spots.
Fishing, hiking, canooing. An occasional visit to a city. (Have been to Stockholm, Linkopping, Norkopping) Maybe Astrid Lindgren's World.
We are probably skipping the West Coast as it tends to be busy. Or we might stop for a day or so to do a walk and hopfeully catch cracbs with the kids and then move on. We have seen quite a bit of the South which we enjoyed. We now want to also visit up a bit higher, so central Sweden.
I have two main questions:
1. Do you have any cool tips for things to do and see? We are open to anything, both in nature and cultural things.
2. If we abide by the rules and keep things tidy, will we be able to comfortable wild camp near rivers and lakes without trouble or being an annoyance to local people?
