We have bought a new Cali from Leicester VW, which we collect on June 23rd.
3 days after we pick it up we (my wife and I) will be setting off to drive to the Costa Blanca with our two dogs.
Two years ago we did the same thing with a brand new Fiat 500, and likewise a year prior to that with a brand new Berlingo Mulispace.
The Cali is the latest in a list of campers and caravans that we have had over the years, which included aT25 Syncro, and a water cooled Brazillian T2 Danbury Rio. We still have an Eriba Puck L, which should look good hooked up behind the Cali.
We will put some photos in the 'Dog section' when we return from our Spanish adventure.
I almost forgot!! The Cali is Olympian Blue, 140bhp,manual gearbox. Factory extras include towbar, privacy glass, awning, parking sensors, DAB radio, leather seats (including a fifth seat), and the dealer is fitting cruise control. Roll on the 23rd of June!!
