Just thinking about where might be good to go in Europe during autumn half term (end of Oct) just wondered if anyone had any suggestions or trips they did that they might recommend for the week

We had a fantastic trip to the Netherlands last year - but that was at Easter break. Lovely place.

I suppose the other question at that time of year is what options are there in respect of where to park up or say each night, presume most campsites will be closed ?
