Aux heater remote - standard item ?

I've just collected my new California here in NZ. 180ps 4 motion Manual in Olympic Blue - lovely. No key fob for the aux heater though. The heater is there and works perfectly but some confusion from the dealer over whether it should have a remote. I assume it needs a receiver on the unit which I have no idea if that is standard - does anyone know ?

Apart from that and the dealer making some nice scratches on it :clap as they fixed the wrong pin location in the towbar prep its fine. Dealer handover was circa 3 minutes on a brand new vehicle - they have only ever sold 3 !

I would of thought so it is standard in the uk I wouldnt be without mine
