When I bought my indium grey Cali T6i it came with a sliver awning to me it does not look good.So I decided to have it sprayed in the same colour as the cali.but how could it be sprayed with out taping it to avoid over spray. I had it done and looks amazing.The way I did it,after taking the awning of the cali,which is easy for two people,take the two starhead bolts out and then lift off.I purchased a 2.4metre length of 8mm round tile edging ,I opened the awning about a inch and after cutting the tile edging to the same length as the opening slotted it in,it will only be right one way so turn it around if not right.you will know.Then close the awning,this way exposes the surfaces where it closes and no where inside.cheers.
