Bad radio reception after having tow bar fitted

Just had a new to bar fitted by a reputable fitter and radio reception completely disappeared, i slowly came back but still sketchy, reading some threads i think it may be down to poor sheilding as control box fitted under seat, has anyone had these issues and any advice for a solution, will be returning to westafailia fitter to have another look at wiring.

Our Dashcam had something like the below around the cable to prevent interference:

Seems the control box may be causing interference as it is loose and when repositioned signal improves, installer is going to secure it and have ordered magnets, hopefully this will resolve the issue. Going to add some magnets to hard wired webcam as well, belt and braces.
