Batteries and cold weather

Just before Christmas I had knee surgery and it was six weeks before my consultant gave me clearance to drive again. During this time, our 6/2022 GC 600 sat outside the house, in snow, frost and rain, completely untouched. Ta da! Two days ago, it started first time! Not only that, but we drove for forty miles, with the dashboard button charging thing on, and the leisure battery read 100% when we got back home. Has there been some software upgrade I missed because this was not what I had expected

Wouldn’t have any OTA updates that affect that. Not surprised it started ok.
